STEM jobs are growing faster than any other U.S. sector. STEM careers are non-minority and male dominated, with this demographic there will not be enough well-trained future STEM professionals to fill these jobs, which could help lead to a collapse of our economy. The Solution is we must diversify participation in STEM studies because interest in this field needs to fit the demographic of America’s emerging workforce, as nearly half of U.S. children are girls and an increasing number are underserved minorities. Our resolution for this problem is to provide underserved children in under-resourced communities, access to hImarQs™ STEM Edition software coupled with our WE ALL WIN WITH STEM! (WAWS!) Academic Achievement Program to direct our children’s educational pathways to lead to careers in STEM- not only because these are the global economy jobs of the future, but this will also help to create a more evolved and inclusive society. The Workshop includes; Federal K12 STEM Assessment Initiative, K12 STEM Assessment Tool, WAWS Program Enrollment for Districts, Federal STEM Ed Funding
